Easy Installation
1) Download Ubox APP from Google Play or APP Store, then register a user account.
2) Insert the Nano-SIM card (included) into the SIM card slot.
3) Insert the SD card (not included) into the TF slot.
4) Power on the camera and wait for the led indicator turns blue.
5) Use UBox App to scan the QR code on the base of the Camera. Then the connection will be established.

Q4: Can I use my own SIM card with this 4G Security Camera?
Of course, if your SIM card signal supports the same frequency band as the camera's. US version (B2 B4 B5 B12 B13 B25 B26), please clear the PIN code of the SIM card before inserting it into the camera.
Q5: Does this camera track moving objects? Or does it stay in a fixed position?
The 4G Cellular Security Camera cannot auto tracking moving objects, but it can pan tilt 355° horizontally and 95° vertically to see the scene with wide angle via the App Ubox.
Q6: How to insert and remove the SIM card and SD card?
Insert it according to the SIM card and SD card icons on the Camera. If you want to remove it, just push it in again.
Q7: How to reset this 4G cellular security camera?
Reset steps are as follows:
Please remove the SIM card;
Start the camera;
Press and hold the Reset button until you hear the prompt tone;
Turn off the camera;
Re-insert the SIM card;
Restart the camera and connect.

Q8: Why can't i connect to the 4G connection after i have inserted my sim card into the camera?
Pls remove the SIM card, delete the PIN code of the newly purchased SIM card with your phone and then restart the connection steps.
Q9: How can I store data for this XEGA 4G camera ?
There are 2 types of storage: SD card or cloud storage.
Cloud storage service: for 7 days cycle, and 360 days of cloud service, it is 21.99 USD for the IOS system and 16.99 USD for the Android system.
Which countries do you ship to?
Now this 4G cellular security camera is avaiable on United States、Germany、France、Italy and Spain.
If your country is not in the above areas, you should double check whether these carriers that Telekom/Vodafone/O2/Orange/SFR/T-Mobile or AT&T are available in your country.
