Cloud Video Service Agreement
This Agreement applies to the security camera cloud storage service (the “Service”) provided by [Shenzhen Zhuoyue Qichuang Technology Co., Ltd.] (“We”), which is subscribed to and used by users through the XEGA application.

The first definition and scope of applicatio
1. "Cloud Video Service Agreement" : Refers to the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the cloud video service, including: the main text of this agreement, the description of the cloud video service page, the service terms and the updated version of this agreement. Once all the constituent documents of this agreement are released/made public, they shall become an integral part of this agreement.
2. Registered user: Refers to a user who has completed registration on our official website or client in accordance with the "User Agreement" and the "Privacy Policy".
3. Member: Refers to the special membership qualification obtained by registered users after signing this agreement and paying a certain service fee in the manner specified on the cloud video service page.
4. Cloud Video Service: It refers to the various exclusive rights and services provided by our company to registered users. For details of the service content, please refer to Article 3 of this agreement.
5. This agreement is applicable to you and our company. You and our company shall strictly abide by the contents stipulated in this agreement.
(1) If you do not agree with any clause in this agreement, you should immediately stop activating the cloud video service.
(2) If you have completed any operation including but not limited to clicking the "Agree" button, clicking the "Read/Know the Content of the Announcement" button, clicking the "Pay/Purchase" button, etc., which can indicate your agreement with all or part of the terms of this agreement, This indicates that you agree to be bound by all the contents of this agreement, the "User Agreement", the "Privacy Policy", related sub-agreements, page descriptions, terms of service and rules, etc.
(3) If there are any changes or modifications to the terms of this agreement, our company will make an announcement on the Cloud Video service page and send you a review notice in any form through our company's website or client. If you do not agree to any change or modification of this agreement, you should stop using the cloud video service after the expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your agreement to continue purchasing, paying and using the cloud video service will be regarded as your acceptance of all changes or modifications to this agreement.
Article 2: The launch of cloud video services
(1)Before you activate the cloud video service, you need to become a registered user of our company first. When registering as a user, the information you fill in must be true and accurate. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to terminate your cloud video service and will not refund the service fees you have paid or provide any form of compensation.
(2) When you apply to activate the cloud video service, you should pay a certain service fee as agreed through the payment method specified on the relevant page of the cloud video service before the activation can be completed. After the payment is completed, it cannot be transferred or refunded.
(3) If you activate the cloud video service through a payment method not specified on the cloud video service page or any other illegal or improper means, Jingye World reserves the right to directly terminate your cloud video service without notice and will not refund any service fees.
Article 3 Content, service period and charging standards of cloud video services
(1) Cloud video service content: The content of the cloud video service provided by our company to registered users is subject to the description on our company's cloud video service page. Our company may adjust the service content from time to time, but the aforementioned adjustments will not affect the cloud video services that have been launched in the current period. Our company will notify or announce the adjusted content on the cloud video service page. If you do not agree with the aforementioned adjustments, you should stop using the cloud video service after the expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your agreement to continue purchasing, paying and using the cloud video service will be regarded as your consent and acceptance of the aforementioned adjustments.
(2) Service period: The period is subject to the time you choose and pay the corresponding fee on the cloud video service page by yourself. The service period is calculated from the date of service activation. After the expiration of the service period, our company will cease to provide you with cloud video services. If you still wish to continue to activate the cloud video service after the service period expires, you need to apply for renewal.
(3) Charging standards: The fee standards shall be subject to those published on the cloud video service page. Our company may adjust the charging standards for cloud video services based on its own business development needs. However, the aforementioned adjustments will not affect the cloud video services that have been launched in the current period. Our company will notify or announce the adjusted charging standards on the cloud video service page. If you do not agree with the aforementioned adjustments, you should stop using the cloud video service after the expiration of the current service period. Otherwise, your agreement to continue purchasing, paying and using the cloud video service will be regarded as your consent and acceptance of the aforementioned adjustments.
Article 4 The Use and Restrictions of Cloud Video services
(1)When using cloud video services, you should abide by the requirements of national laws, regulations and policies, and must not send or disseminate illegal, non-compliant or uncivilized information. One must not engage in any behavior that violates laws, regulations, policies or public order and good customs.
(2) The cloud video service and related rights and interests are for your personal use only and cannot be lent, transferred, given as a gift or sold.
(3) You can log in to the mobile client at any time to check the details of your account information, including the services you have activated, the service period and the amount of service fees, etc. The user account serves as an important identity identifier for you to obtain services. Please keep your account name and password safe.
(4) You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for all actions under your user account, including any content and information you post and the corresponding legal responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom.
(5) If you violate any requirements of national laws, regulations or policies, or violate this agreement, our company reserves the right to directly terminate your cloud video service without notice and will not refund the service fees you have paid. If your illegal or breach of contract causes losses to our company or a third party, our company reserves the right to take all legal measures to claim compensation.
Article 5 Minors Clause
(1)Our company attaches great importance to the protection of minors. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian when activating the cloud video service.
(2) If the guardian agrees that the minor can access the cloud video service, the application must be made in the name of the guardian. Our company reminds guardians to reasonably guide and supervise minors' online activities and consumption behaviors. By exercising and fulfilling the rights and obligations under this agreement, minors are deemed to have obtained the approval of their guardians.
Article 6 Others
(1)If you have any questions regarding this agreement or matters related to cloud video services, you can contact our company. After receiving your opinions/suggestions, our company will reply to you as soon as possible.
(2) This agreement shall come into effect as of the date of its release.
