Easy Installation
1) Download Ubox APP from Google Play or APP Store, then register a user account.
2) Insert the Nano-SIM card (included) into the SIM card slot.
3) Insert the SD card (not included) into the TF slot.
4) Power on the camera and wait for the led indicator turns blue.
5) Use UBox App to scan the QR code on the base of the Camera. Then the connection will be established.
TIPS:
- 1. Only supports Android or iOS. Does not support computers, Mac, ONVIF or system NVR.
- 2. Data plan from AT&T or T-Mobile are recommended. NOT works with Verizon.
- 3. Only supports connecting to the network via SIM card, not Wi-Fi.
- 4. SD card is NOT included in the package.
- 5. Only compatible to the "UBox" App.
- 6. Better be installed 2.5-3 m from the ground for a better view and motion alarm trigger.
- 7. The 4G camera has pre-inserted an EiotClub SIM card for the first test use. So you will find an empty card when you open the package for the first time. Please be assured that this is not a used product.
- 8. Only one of the two antennas can receive signals. The second antenna is just for symmetry. Please rest assured that one antenna is enough and does not affect the connection strength.

Q2: How much data will this XEGA 4G Security Camera use monthly?
Data usage depends on actual working conditions. Normally, 1-2GB of data will be enough for a month. Please recharge cellular data in time for your SIM Card.
Q3: How much does the sim card cost per month for this 4G cellular Security Camera?
Since it's a 4G camera, you need to get the data plan. We provide 100M data JUST FOR TRIAL.
DATA PACKAGE: About USD 29 for 6 GB (90 days), 60 for 12 GB (180 days), 100 for 24 GB (360 days) with pre-inserted EiotClub SIM card. Other SIM card depends on your SIM services Operator.
Q4: Can I use my own SIM card with this 4G Security Camera?
Of course, if your SIM card signal supports the same frequency band as the camera's. US version (B2 B4 B5 B12 B13 B25 B26), please clear the PIN code of the SIM card before inserting it into the camera.
Q5: Does this camera track moving objects? Or does it stay in a fixed position?
The 4G Cellular Security Camera cannot auto tracking moving objects, but it can pan tilt 355° horizontally and 95° vertically to see the scene with wide angle via the App Ubox.
Q6: How to insert and remove the SIM card and SD card?
Insert it according to the SIM card and SD card icons on the Camera. If you want to remove it, just push it in again.
Q7: How to reset this 4G cellular security camera？
Reset steps are as follows:
Please remove the SIM card;
Start the camera;
Press and hold the Reset button until you hear the prompt tone;
Turn off the camera;
Re-insert the SIM card;
Restart the camera and connect.

Q8: Why can't i connect to the 4G connection after i have inserted my sim card into the camera?
Pls remove the SIM card, delete the PIN code of the newly purchased SIM card with your phone and then restart the connection steps.
Q9: How can I store data for this XEGA 4G camera ?
There are 2 types of storage: SD card or cloud storage.
Cloud storage service: for 7 days cycle, and 360 days of cloud service, it is 21.99 USD for the IOS system and 16.99 USD for the Android system.
Which countries do you ship to?
Now this 4G cellular security camera is avaiable on United States、Germany、France、Italy and Spain.
If your country is not in the above areas, you should double check whether these carriers that Telekom/Vodafone/O2/Orange/SFR/T-Mobile or AT&T are available in your country.
When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders ship will be shipped out within 24hours on business day or shipped out within 48hours on holidays.
