Q2:How does this cellular security camera save the video?
You could buy a SD card and then insert it into the camera to save the video locally. You can also choose to store your videos on cloud storage, you need to pay for the cloud service, but we offer 20 days' free trial for it.
Q4:How much data will this Xega 4G security camera use monthly?
Under normal usage, about 1~2GB of data can cover monthly usage. The camera is already pre-installed with 100MB data SIM card.

Q5:How long it takes for a full charge by solar power?
This Outdoor 4G security camera can charge back to 100% in about 6~6.5 hours and in about 2.5 hours when it's under direct sunlight.

1. Please check whether your data plan has been run out. If not, please charge it, then restart it manually.
2. Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.

We have local warehouse in United States、Germany、France、Italy and Spain. The delivery times of above areas will average between 4 to 7 business days. If it is international shipping, the delivery time willl be extended.
