How long does delivery take?

Order processing time is usually 1-2 working days

Shipping from Local Warehouse: If the products are in stock in the local warehouse, we will give priority to ship the package out with local logistics，the delivery time is about 3-7 working days.

Shipping from China: If the products are in stock in China, we will ship the package out from China, the delivery time is about 10-15 working day.

We will deliver the product to you according to the product's stock and send you an email with instructions at the time of delivery.

Besides, we will send the Tracking Number to you once shipping out.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We offer transport services to USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain.

 

How will my delivery be shipped?

We cooperate with various logistics companies such as USPS, DHL, UPS, Yanwen, etc.
We will ship out the package in 48 business days after confirming your order and will send the tracking Number to you after shipping out. Holiday shipments may be delayed.

 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. So please make sure to enter your correct address when placing your order.
