Q1:How to configure this 4G Security Camera?

1) Download Ubox APP.

2) Switch on the 4G camera, Reset, and wait for the LED indicator to turn blue.

3) Scan the QR code on the 4G Camera with the UBox App.

Note: This 4G Cellular Camera is available for US. Not compatible for Other countries.

Q2:Does the product require a subscription?

After using the 300M trial data, you need to subscribe to a data plan. After the 30 day trial of cloud services, you will need to subscribe to a package, but you can use a TF card to store videos instead of cloud storage.

Q3:If multiple users access the camera, does the 4G Internet data in the SIM card suffice?

Yes, the 4G internet data of the SIM card is unlimited during its validity period.

Q4:How long can this 4g camera last on a full charge?

It is so convenient that you can put it anywhere in your home. If the camera is activated 20-times a day and once for 20s,the entire battery can be used for about one month (depending on the actual activation times, the above is for reference only).
