Q1:How to set up this outdoor solar security camera?

1) Download Ubox APP

2) Insert the Nano-SIM card (included).

3) Turn on the power of the camera and wait for the led indicator turns blue.

4) Use UBox App to scan the QR code on the base of the camera. Then the connection will be established.

Q2:How much data will this Xega 4G security camera use monthly?

The data usage depends on the actual working conditions of the solar 4G camera. The camera is already pre-installed with 100MB data SIM card.
DATA PLAN: USD 29 for 6GB(90 days), 60 for 12GB(180 days), 100 for 24GB(360 days)

Q3:Any suggestions to install 4G -PTZ camera to trigger the detection better?

We recommend to install the 4g camera which is more than 2.6-3 meters above the ground, is better to be in a direction that crosses the possible intruder instead of facing him.

Q4:My camera is offline suddenly, what can I do?

1. Please check whether your data plan has been run out. If not, please charge it, then restart it manually.

2. Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.

Q5:Can this security camera connect to WiFi?

No, this surveillance camera can only be connected to the network via a SIM card.

Which countries do you ship to?

Now this 4G cellular security camera is avaiable on United States、Germany、France、Italy and Spain.

If your country is not in the above areas, you should double check whether these carriers that Telekom/Vodafone/O2/Orange/SFR/T-Mobile or AT&T are available in your country.

When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders ship will be shipped out within 24hours on business day or shipped out within 48hours on holidays.
