1) Download Ubox APP 2) Insert the Nano-SIM card (included). 3) Turn on the power of the camera and wait for the led indicator turns blue. 4) Use UBox App to scan the QR code on the base of the camera. Then the connection will be established.

Since it's a 4G camera, you need to get the data plan. We provide 300M data JUST FOR TRIAL. DATA PACKAGE: About USD 29 for 6 GB (90 days), 60 for 12 GB (180 days), 100 for 24 GB (360 days) with our EiotClub SIM card. Other SIM card depends on your SIM services Operator.

The SIM card in the package supports Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T. Only works with 3g/4g LTE connection. Each camera needs its own data plan if you have more than one camera.

There are two ways to store memories in your camera, SD memory card and online cloud storage, just choose one of the two. We highly recommend purchasing a SD memory card of the same brand when you buy the camera~
